Review recorded results and prepare the reconciliation handoff.
Admin setup (do this once before the event):
Each engineer (during the event):
Forgot password? Click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and enter your Agilent email. The app submits secure, one-time reset instructions. If corporate filtering suppresses them, an administrator can open the same complete recovery email from People & access.
Admin wrap-up (end of day):
Next write-off update? Use Import write-off sheet to preview and review the changes before applying them. Use Reconciliation intake when scans must be attributed to event attendees.

Outstanding parts assigned to your Agilent email, organized by service order.
Use this when you leave a tote or bucket in the unscanned drop-off area. It does not add inventory yet; an organizer scans each part into the selected space.

Trunk stock and stock marked for restocking will create a restock task after pickup.
Tell the requester where you left the part.
The requester receives the message immediately. A photo is visible only to the requester and this space's managers, and is erased when the pickup is completed or cancelled.

No preferred HPDROP destination is saved for this space. Confirm the delivery address with its manager before placing an order.

Identity, condition, and the quantity currently in this inventory space.
This part number has multiple conditions or visibility settings. Select the exact group to edit.
Where this group is stored and how it should behave when requested.
Serial numbers identify one physical unit, so they can only be applied to a quantity of one. Lot / batch and expiration may be applied to any selected quantity.
Answer each item. If every answer is No, the declaration is complete after your contact details and certification.
Complete the DMT that travels with the defective part.
The Repair Centre section remains blank for the receiving team.
FSE quick reference
Complete the customer repair. If the selected part is used, continue through the FAR return steps below.
Place the completed Defective Material Tag in the box with the defective part. Missing information may be escalated as a problem receipt.
Use the red Failure Analysis Return marking. The SPL label must show Failure Analysis Rtn under Special Receiving Instructions.
Systematically consume the part so the -DEF record is generated. In Siebel, use configuration code Return to Division.
Return the defective part through the normal process to the applicable Logistics Center or Local Warehouse.
Outstanding FAR parts remain visible to WIP reconciliation through the normal WIP aging process until they are returned.
The Parts app prepares the DMT and FAR-aware SPL label. Siebel consumption, configuration coding, and Repair Centre analysis remain external corporate workflows.

Choose the quantity to move for each part. A partial quantity stays in the current inventory space.
Inventory quantity
Adjust each stock line with the large controls or type its new quantity. Setting a line to zero removes it when you save.
Read-only administrative oversight. Viewing a space never changes who you are signed in as or who receives credit for later work.

Built-in roles should cover nearly everyone. Create a custom role only when a recurring job genuinely needs a stable combination of capabilities; use one-person overrides for rare exceptions.
District IDs are permanent lowercase identifiers. Creation is audited and does not reassign any existing record.

These prefill the completed-by section of new EHS declarations. Hazard, decontamination, part, and date details stay specific to each return.
Your account identity is used for stock ownership and audit history. Ask an administrator to correct your name or email.
